A: Yes. We have full public liability insurance. This insurance allows us to deliver ashes and documentation anywhere in the UK and overseas.
Q: Who handles the ashes?
A: Only our trusted team members. We do not use third-parties or general delivery services. The ashes remain with us the entire time.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We offer UK-wide and overseas delivery. Please contact us for specific locations or any access concerns.
Q: Is this service available directly to families?
A: Yes. While most of our work comes through funeral directors, families are welcome to contact us directly to make arrangements. If you have not yet chosen a funeral director we are happy to suggest one of our trusted partners
Q: Do you deliver anything other than ashes?
A: No. We are exclusively an ashes delivery service. This focus allows us to offer the utmost care and attention to each delivery.
Q: Are you involved with any of the documentation and paperwork?
A: Yes, we will sign release papers and deliver death certificates.
