Whilst it is techincally possible to send cremated remains via certain courer serivces, we would never recommend this. Ashes are precious and irreplaceable, and courier services offer no guarantee of dignified handling, direct delivering or personal accountability. Our fully accompanied ashes delivery service ensures your loved one is personally carried and hand delivered at every stage of the journey.
Q: Who handles the ashes?
A: Only our trusted team members. We do not use third-parties or general delivery services. The ashes remain with us the entire time.

Yes, we understand that the need of families do not always fall within usual working hours. We offer an out of hours service and are happy to discuss your specific requirements and timing needs directly.

Q: How do you transport ashes on a plane?
With our overseas ashes repatriation service. We personally carry your loved one's cremated remains on board the aircraft as hand luggage, never in cargo or freight. We carefully manage all airlines regulations, ensure containers are compliant with security scanning requirements, and select seating to ensure the ashes remain with us through the entire flight, and not in the overhead locker.

We carry all required documentation with us at all times, including cremation certificates, release forms and any country specific paperwork. Where required, we arrange translations in advance to minimise risk of delays. In the event of any unforeseen complications, we manage the situation directly on your behalf, keeping you informed throughout.
